Join us at Yad Ezra and Shane Bernardo for a cooking demo highlighting traditional Filipinx food preservation techniques. Shane will also be sharing how food preservation is also a way to preserve cultural memories and traditions and its connection to overall health and wellness.

Carefully curated to appeal to both those who personally identify with Filipino culture and the merely curious or uninitiated, Kultura Festival aims to highlight the best in modern Filipino-American food and arts in Chicago and the Midwest.
